My 14 year old daughter has been dealing with foot pain in both feet for several years. We have been to several different doctors, tried different shoe inserts, different shoes, foot exercises, etc. The last appointment with the podiatrist was super short, they didn’t even touch her feet. They just said plantar fasciitis and said physical therapy might help. She has had pain in both feet since she was about 7, we knew it wasn’t plantar fasciitis. After the podiatrist appointment my daughter felt so defeated but we figured we’d still give physical therapy a try. I am so glad we did! Nicole was amazing! She listened and spent more time with my daughter in 2 visits than all my daughter’s past appointments combined. My daughter at this point feels there is hope. I cannot recommend Valley Knights Physical Therapy more!

After more than two years with pain, it was a great comfort and relief to hear someone say she can see where the problem is and do something about it! Following treatment, I felt more comfortable and very relaxed. Nicole provided exercises for me to continue until my next appointment in a week. Veteran, Woman owned business! Nicole, owner of Valley Knights PT is an amazing and kind person! I struggled with hip pain for over a year! I had X-rays, seen multiple drs with no answers and no help. I was living on ibuprofen. Even resting at night I could not relax or be free of pain!
